“I called your office last night hoping for an answering machine - what I got was a voicemail with the option to go online and make an immediate onsite computer repair service appointment or leave a message and someone would call back first thing in the morning. Not wanting to take any chances, I did both.

Your website makes it so simple to schedule an appointment... and not just any appointment - but one for the very next morning. Boy, was I surprised when this wonderful guy calls me at 7:45am to confirm directions. He was there by 8:30am and in less than 40 minutes figured out the problem and even helped me with some non-repair problems. All is back to normal.

I use my computer for business as well as pleasure and the thought of having to take my computer to a repair store and be without service for a week or more is not an option. I too am in a service type business and was very impressed with your service and especially your immediate response.

“Although Tom confirmed for me what I pretty much expected, that the motherboard on my system was gone, I appreciated the way he went about checking the system and the speed in which he did it.
