How can I book an appointment?

Lucky Gorilla Technicians are available to assist in booking appointments and answer questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including all holidays. You can also click on the Make an Appointment link here here or on the left side of the page to schedule your own appointment.
When are you open/available for appointments?
We strive for same day service. Lucky Gorilla Technicians are available to come to your home and solve your technology problems 7 days a week, 6:00 AM until 11:30 PM. We also work on holidays at no extra charge to you.
Do you offer drop off service?
No. Lucky Gorilla specializes in onsite technology support for home users and small to medium businesses. Without the overhead of a storefront location we can offer you service at a lower price. We have found through experience that computers work best in their natural environment, with their normal connections. Who wants to climb under their desk and mess with all those wires anyway?
Do you offer phone support?
We have a phenomenal in-house Technical Response Team that is available for phone support during business hours, 7 days a week, 6:00 AM until 11:30 PM. If you are unsure about what to do please call us.
Do you provide service in my area?
Lucky Gorilla serves all of central Massachusetts from Orange and Tewksbury in the North to Milford in the South and from the Brookfields to Natick. If we are not in your area yet, it doesn’t mean we aren’t coming! Keep an eye on this website for future Lucky Gorilla expansion! For business customers we are willing to travel farther.

My computer is slow. Can you help?
In many cases computers are slow because of unneeded or conflicting programs or because the PC has inadequate RAM. We can take care of either situation and in many cases have your PC running faster than it was when it was new. Give us a call and speak with one of our technicians to discuss the problem.
What if my computer cannot be fixed? Will I lose everything?
Sometimes a computer is not worth repairing. If this is the case we can recommend a replacement machine based on your needs and in over 90% of these cases recover all your documents, music, pictures, e-mail and favorites and move them to the new computer. We have recovered files from PCs damaged by lightning and floods. Call us to discuss your situation.
I have a virus (trojan, rootkit, worm) can you fix it? What should I do?
If you suspect you have a virus or other malicious software TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER IMMEDIATLY and call us. Most computer infections will get progressively worse as long as the computer is running. We are experts in all types of malicious software removal. No matter what type of infection you have we can fix it.
