Who is Lucky Gorilla?
Simply put, Lucky Gorilla is really two very hot businesses
rolled into one... we call it a "Technology Franchise".
The first part of a Lucky Gorilla franchise is an onsite computer repair and service company. Our customers are residential and small-to-medium sized businesses who need help with their computers.
What kind of help?
Help with the same kind of problems we all have encountered at some point – nasty viruses, spyware, Internet connections gone haywire, hard drive crashes, new computer set-up, etc., etc., etc. We fix a very long list of problems.
The second part of a Lucky Gorilla franchise came about as somewhat of an accident. After thousands and thousands of computer repair service calls over the last 3 or 4 years, it became very clear the small business owners we help wanted more. A lot more!
They wanted help building new websites (or updating old and outdated websites). They wanted help with email campaigns. They asked if we knew how to get their business listed on Google. Did we know how to add videos to their website? How could they use YouTube in their business? What about blogs? Online Calendars? In fact, they asked about all kinds of technology!
Most of all they wanted someone they could trust to help them build their business online.
