I'd like to strongly compliment the excellent advice that Tom Moser has given me. First let me introduce myself, I am an accomplished computer user for the last 30 years. My current computer is a 4 Gig dual-core AMD homebrew that I designed, but my son assembled. I've called Tom on a few occasions. On all of them, his knowledge of the hardware and software was of the highest level. …There was a problem with the XP systems disk and my motherboard's settings. He was able to circumvent the problem and recommended many fixes, including a screen resolution problem which the second-tier consultants at NVIDIA were unable to correct after 3 hours of 1-to-1 consultation. I have the highest opinion of Mr. Moser's ability with the computer.

On Saturday, I left a message with the answering service, and within 20 minutes Tom, returned my phone call. He was extremely polite, and reassured me that he could fix my computer. We set up a time for Monday. When he came, he was right on time, and he was extremely polite. “I can't imagine why anyone would use any other service besides you.”

THANK YOU! We purchased a Seagate 1.5 Tb external hard drive to store data, primarily six years' pictures. It started clicking and died before we purchased a second hard drive to serve as a back-up. Seagate's data recovery company quoted “up to $2,900” to recover data, if possible. We took the drive to Geek Squad, and were given a preliminary estimate of a few hundred dollars. The drive was sent to Geek Squad's Louisville, KY facility, and we received several estimates, all increasing in price. At $1,500 as long as ANY data was recovered, we had the drive sent back and contacted Lucky Gorilla. Tom stated that he hoped to recover the data for $150. He didn't. He recovered the data for $120, including pick-up and delivery of the drive. I can't imagine why anyone would use any other service besides you. Cheers!

My computer is performing better than it has in a while since Tom serviced it recently. …I have been able to use it normally and have not had to deal with freezing, screens with nothing but zigzag lines, and work disappearing…

A new hard drive was recently installed by (other) technicians that had serviced my computers in the past but it continued to freeze or shutdown completely. There is only one computer in my home so I was without one for a good deal of the time.

(I used) the F10 key and did a “repair” that brought everything back to the factory installed settings. Big mistake, since I lost my calendar, email address book, all my email, and files.

Tom said he didn't do much , but I disagree. It is working just fine, plus my calendar, emails, etc. are back and I'm happy with it. Hope I don't need service for a while, but if I do I will call Lucky Gorilla…
