We just had Tom Moser
complete an update of our Writepad medical documentation program.
The update was very complicated to me and we would never be able to
complete this task without Tom’s help. Also Tom helped us
with a backup system for all of our computers. I forgot to mention
that Tom also gave us internet service on our upstairs computer.
All this was done on one visit to our office at a very reasonable
price!

strongly compliment the excellent advice that Tom Moser has given
me. First let me introduce myself, I am an accomplished computer
user for the last 30 years. My current computer is a 4 Gig
dual-core AMD homebrew that I designed, but my son assembled.
I’ve called Tom on a few occasions. On all of them, his
knowledge of the hardware and software was of the highest level.
…There was a problem with the XP systems disk and my
motherboard’s settings. He was able to circumvent the problem
and recommended many fixes, including a screen resolution problem
which the second-tier consultants at NVIDIA were unable to correct
after 3 hours of 1-to-1 consultation. I have the highest opinion of
Mr. Moser’s ability with the computer.

You guys are so much better than Geek Squad. Geek Squad told me my hard drive was bad and that I would lose all my data and it would cost $300 to fix. Lucky Gorilla fixed my PC in less than one hour and I had all my data saved. My PC is better than new. I could not be more pleased. I don't know why anyone would use any other repair service. I'm very happy with the work that Mr. Tom Moser did with my computer. Also, before I called them I tried to call other numbers for computer repairs, and there was no one open on Saturdays. So I would have had to wait until Monday to have my computer fixed, which it would have s***ed. I called Lucky Gorilla and they came to my house on a Sunday to fix my computer. From now on, I will never call anyone to fix my computer, but them.

I recently purchased an
HP laptop on ebay that initially worked fine, but crashed 2 weeks
later. Tom arrived to check it out and determined that the new hard
drive was defective. The seller was contacted and a new hard drive
was received. Tom returned to install the new hard drive and load
windows XP. Tom spent considerable time doing this with many
frustrations, but left thinking all was well. Unfortunately another
problem erupted a few minutes after Tom had left. A call to Tom
intitated an immediate return to correct the problems. This is an
exceptional organization with the highest level of knowledge and
speed to resolve your problems. I highly recommend this

Tom Moser is great, and house service is amazing. He came to my home and fixed a problem related to McAfee on my laptop. My husband had worked with a McAfee technician to try to solve the problem and even downloaded programs the technician sent him, but the end result was that we couldn't even bring up an internet browser. Tom used a program which solved that problem, and then he installed two free protection programs to replace McAfee. He also tweaked a few things on the laptop and our desktop, some of which I would not have even known to request. I'm also grateful to Tom for taking some of the tarragon in my herb garden (my plant is huge). Rumor has it he's a good cook. Many thanks to Tom. It was a real pleasure to meet him, and I will call again should another problem arise.

My computer is
performing better than it has in a while since Tom serviced it
recently. …I have been able to use it normally and have not
had to deal with freezing, screens with nothing but zig-zag lines,
and work disappearing…
A new hard drive was recently installed by (other) technicians
that had serviced my computers in the past but it continued to
freeze or shutdown completely. There is only one computer in my
home so I was without one for a good deal of the time.
(I used) the F10 key and did a “repair” that brought
everything back to the factory installed settings. Big mistake,
since I lost my calendar, email address book, all my email, and
files.
Tom said he didn’t do much , but I disagree. It is working
just fine, plus my calendar, emails, etc. are back and I’m
happy with it. Hope I don’t need service for a while, but if
I do I will call Lucky Gorilla…
